Recovery Guide

Treatment is administered in-office and is virtually painless. A topical numbing agent or ice can help reduce any discomfort during application. Minor swelling may occur, but this can be alleviated with cold compresses. Swelling usually dissipates within two weeks. Strenuous exercise or heat exposure should be avoided for 24 hours after treatment.

Expected Results

Results include plumped cheeks, smoother skin, and a more defined chin. JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC results may last for up to two years, which is longer than other fillers. As your results begin to fade, you may choose to undergo additional treatments to replenish your youthful appearance.
